Heyo, my name is Tongtong, Currently, I am doing my undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University.
I am interested in Electrical engineering, tech, and also design, The focus of my previous work has been in circuit and PCB design however i also have experience in low level firmware design, working bare metal and also with Zephyr RTOS.some other skills i have are in CAD (solid and surface modeling), both electrical and mechanical manufacturing (DFM, SMF, operating CNC machines), and also some 3D visualization, shaders and animation in blender.I am a member of Bronco Racing and have designed basically all of the PCBs along with the electrical team, as well as the SoftCon research lab under Professor. Kurkcu.Personally I am currently working on high-speed designs with RK3588 and also my own Thunderbolt to NVMe conversion board.I believe creating a next-level product requires the integration of all disciplines, and I aspire to be able to one day create something that captures the sheer delight i had when seeing the new iPhone Duo folding animation hahaha.

A selection of my recent work focusing on hardware design and embedded systems.
Revolute is a compact and portable jog wheel developed by me and my good friend T Zhong. Roughly the size of your thumb, Revolute is fully wireless, working with Bluetooth Low Energy, a 70 mAh battery, and power management circuitry. Its goal is to help with precise workflow tasks such as video editing timeline scrubbing, changing brush size, or even scroll wheel pickup in Fortnite.
Division 36
Division 36 is an ultra-thin 36-keyed split-hand mechanical keyboard. The 17-cell battery architecture integrates directly into the logic board, enabling the only keys T-shaped layout, while delivering 5 times longer battery life to similar designs. Division is fully wireless and works similar to true wireless stereo systems (your airpods); additional layers can activated through the hold tap layer system indicated with Reality lane
Steno
Haven’t really came up with a name for this yet… but its a ultra-thin wireless stenography keyboard with a built-in OLED screen, running the ZMK firmware it connects wirelessly to your computer and uses Plover as the stenography engine. This was a fun and quick little side project since i wanted to learn stenography and wasent content with existing stenography keyboards on the market

I was born and raised in Shanghai, and attended highschool at SUIS Gubei.
Now im in silicon valley, Santa Clara University '29 and majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering
In my free time, I like to experiment and tinker with technology, I am especially interested in miniturization so that digital logic can be used to improve even more seemingly impossible areas of our lives
